Residential Crawl Space Conditioning and Sealing Retrofits
AESC investigates if a new sealing technique for crawl spaces and attics can provide for better building envelope air tightness, reduce duct leakage loads, reduce humidity levels, and improved overall air quality. Results indicate potential solutions for single-family homes with high envelope leakage or high HVAC energy usage.
