Carlsbad, CA – December 5, 2012 — The Southern California Public Power Authority (SCPPA) awarded AESC a professional services agreement to provide energy efficiency related professional and technical services to its member utilities. These services include resource planning, project management, energy efficiency, engineering analysis and various studies and reports related to the assessment, development, selection, contracting, design, engineering, construction, testing, operations and maintenance of various energy systems.
