During her years at AESC, Briana has held positions in both engineering and program management tracks, providing her deep energy engineering, utility and policy expertise.
Ms. Rogers is responsible for achieving the goals established by AESC Executive Management in the areas of engineering, program management and business development. She currently manages investor-owned utility and publicly owned utility customized incentive programs, emerging technology efforts, technical assistance programs, evaluation, measurement and verification studies, program policy and guideline documents, and various integrated audit efforts for both private end-users and on behalf of utilities.
Ms. Rogers received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She is a certified Engineer-in-Training, and she has undertaken technical training in a broad spectrum of fields ranging from missile defense systems to biomedical engineering.
