Mr. Tock joined AESC in 2015 and has over 30 years of experience in the development and application of industrial software products, including 14 years with Invensys and nine years with Honeywell. Mr. Tock has significant senior management experience in engineering, product management, product development and program management.
As the Director of Software at AESC, he is currently responsible for all of AESC’s software and tool development projects. He provides customer-focused technical leadership, organizational coordination and effective decision-making in a continuous improvement environment.
Previously, from 2013 to 2015, Mr. Tock was the Vice President, Product Development & Support at Enerliance, a leader in the development of intelligent optimization software for large-scale air conditioning systems for commercial buildings, where he was responsible for the LOBOS product. From 2009 to 2013, Mr. Tock was with Intelligent Energy, a global leader in the development of fuel cell power systems, where he was the General Manager of U.S. Operations.
Prior to that, Mr. Tock was with the Invensys Industrial Automation business, a leading provider of engineering and information technology, where he held various senior leadership positions, including General Manager Industrial Software Business Unit, General Manager Manufacturing Execution Systems Business Unit, Vice President Solutions Development and Vice President Safety and Critical Control Engineering Operations. Mr. Tock was also with the Honeywell Industrial Automation and Control business for nine years as an Application Development Manager and Product Manager, responsible for advanced control products built on distributed control systems.
Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana, and was a member of both the Board of the Long Beach Green Business Council from 2011 to 2013 and Board of Project Haystack from 2014 to 2015.
